Alert: Road Closure at 23rd and Broadway

The City of Gary is aware of a collapsed structure near 23rd & Broadway. The Gary Fire Department and the Gary Police Department have blocked this intersection and secured the area. Your safety is our top priority. We kindly ask residents to avoid this intersection and use the following detours:

📍Northbound on Broadway detour: Use the 25th Avenue and Massachusetts St.
📍Southbound on Broadway detour: Use the Washington St.
