The Public Works Division is requesting vendors for snow and ice removal work for the City of Gary’s 2025/2026 Winter Season.
Contractors submitting vendor packages must have a City of Gary General Business License & must have current liability insurance. Copies of driver’s licenses of all potential drivers & a valid Certificate of Insurance must be provided.
Packages will be available Monday, September 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM through Monday, October 06, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Vendor Packages can be picked up at 401 Broadway, Suite 105, Gary.
Complete packages must be returned to Public Works no later than 4:00 PM on Tuesday, October 07, 2025. Packages will be received up to and including the time and date of the deadline. For more information, contact Public Works at 219-881-1310.
