STD/ HIV Clinic

The STD/HIV Clinic offers confidential Sexually Transmitted Disease examinations and laboratory testing conducted by professional and highly trained staff. The STD/HIV Clinic works to promote public health and enhance the quality for life for residents living in Gary and its surrounding cities. This is accomplished by prevention, intervention and treatment of STD’s. We also offer counseling and testing for HIV.

Our service area includes Jasper, Lake, LaPorte, Newton, Porter, Pulaski and Starke Counties.

We test for the following STD’s:

• Chlamydia
• Gonorrhea
• Syphilis
• HIV (Rapid Test)

Our hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
HIV Testing is done Monday thru Thursday from 8:30 – 11:30 and 1:00 – 4:00
We are closed daily for lunch from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm

There is a $10 administrative fee for Indiana residents and a $25 administrative fee for non-Indiana residents.
